It is produced by Polymer Clay TV, and it is a basic overview for those new to the polymer clay artform. If you are advanced or already into clay, you might want to skim it, as it still has some good tips. I've been doing clay for over 10 years and eve learned something from it.
Again, it's a good beginner's video on kneading clay, where to buy it, how to use it, etc. It is more geared towards those that want to use colored craft clays rather than more technical artistic work, but whatever your fancy you will benefit from this video either way.
